The Heart of the operation - Simon
I am a Technical Architect with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry – working across roles as carpenter, project manager and client advisor.
I have worked with some of Denmark’s leading contractors and engineering consultancies on large-scale residential and commercial developments, with construction values up to €20 million. My responsibilities have covered everything from planning and budgeting to quality control, authority coordination and final handover.
With a strong foundation in hands-on construction and a sharp eye for detail, I bring both practical insight and strategic project leadership.
Today, I run ConCosta on the Costa del Sol, offering independent consulting and project management – focused on structure, quality and peace of mind throughout the entire process.

ConCosta is a consulting and project management company based on the Costa del Sol, founded by Simon Dollerup Vig – a qualified carpenter, technical architect and experienced construction project manager with more than 20 years in the industry.
After years of leading large-scale residential and commercial projects in Denmark – with budgets mostly over €20 million – Simon started ConCosta to bring Nordic quality, structure and transparency to property buyers, developers and investors in southern Spain.
